They do not have preservatives or chemicals. Liquid products must be shaken before use. For solid products, If in a cold place the texture can be firm. If in the heat or sunlight they can melt or become soft. If so, put into refrigerator to harden. Store to your own liking soft or hard. The ointments are made with beeswax and are more firm.
